TREATMENTS
Treat the Root Cause
NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE
The use of prescribed diets, whole foods and vitamin and mineral supplements to not only replenish deficiencies, but also to therapeutical treat specific conditions. Drug- induced nutrient deficiencies are also reviewed and the impact these deficiencies may have on physical and mental health.
BOTANICAL MEDICINE
Also know as herbal medicine, this is is the use of plants to treat disease and enhance general health and wellbeing. Plants and herbs are the basis of traditional healing and the basis of many of the pharmaceuticals we use today. As they can interfere with each other and other medications, it is important to consult a health professional, such as a naturopathic doctor, for their safe use.
ACUPUNCTURE & TCM
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. While well known for its use in pain and sports medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be used to treat most common western conditions, including those that are often difficult to treat, such as digestive conditions and womens's health concerns.
HYDROTHERAPY
The use of water, often with alternating hot and cold applications, has been shown to support the circulation, and therefore decrease swelling and inflammation, and increase oxygen and nutrition to the treated area. Constitutional hydrotherapy has been traditionally used to supports the body's detoxification, digestive and respiratory systems.
MANUAL THERAPY
These treatments use various hands-on techniques to address stress and injury related changes in the muscles and fasica, and their resulting skeletal misallignment. This therapy is often performed with the use of muscle- relaxing topical gels and lotions in preparation for acupuncture.
IN-OFFICE LAB
Currently providing the in-office Food Sensitivity Testing (FST) from Rocky Mountain Analytical (a division of Life Labs), plans are in the works to expand our lab testing options by Spring of 2024. This value-added service will prevent the need for out-of-town travel for blood tests ordered by the Naturopathic Doctor (ND).

ABOUT DR. ERIKA
The Doctor is a Teacher
Since the age of 2, when I vailiantly tried to look into my cat's mouth pretending to be a dentist, I knew I was going to have a job in healthcare. The actual profession changed in my mind many times over the years, until my mom got sick when I was in my teens. It was then I saw the healing power of nature first hand when naturopathic medicine provided her only source of releif. These experieces taught me important skills that I bring to my practice daily. Being attentive, caring, compassionate and patient are foundational to the healing process. I have now spent 20 years treating patients with naturopathic medicine, bringing together the best of nature and science to truly first, do not harm.
